To ensure the perfect pizza, our wood burning oven reaches temperatures in excess of 400°C and is essential for cooking authentic pizzas.  We feed the fire with locally sourced wood from managed forests.  We make our dough fresh every day using 00 flour imported from Naples, spring water extra virgin olive oil, fresh yeast and sea salt.
